We recently covered the mid-90s version of the Ford Thunderbird, which was basically a sleeper, packing the same 4.6-liter V8 engine as the Mustang GT, and nearly matching the pony car’s output, at 205 hp to the ‘stang’s 215 horses. But y’know what, we missed out on what might have been the 1990s’ coolest 4.6 modular-powered Ford when they decided not to put the Mercury MC4 into production.
