Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has moved NCLT to recover ₹729 crore from Gensol Engineering and Gensol EV Lease. An interim resolution professional has already been appointed and minutes of the first meeting of the committee of creditors is expected this week.
Gensol has been in the spotlight after SEBI via an interim order in April barred the company’s promoters from the securities market for alleged funds diversion and corporate governance lapses.
