Farokh Engineer Stand at Old Trafford to be Unveiled During the Fourth Test

Former Indian wicketkeeper Farokh Engineer will have a stand named after him at Old Trafford in Manchester.

Engineer played for the Lancashire club for nearly a decade, and his contributions form a significant part of the club’s rich history.

RevSportz can confirm that the stand will be unveiled on Day 3 of the fourth Test of the ongoing Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy, which begins on 23 July.

Engineer scored 5,942 runs in the 175 matches he played between 1968 and 1976. He also took 429 catches and made 35 stumpings….
